About Rhythmic Bodyworks
Meet the therapist
Tracy Sanchez, a Licensed Massage Therapist and member of the American Massage Therapy Association, is the owner and therapist for Rhythmic Bodyworks. Tracy trained at the Touching America School of Massage in Maumelle, Arkansas,
graduating with honors. While a student, he set a school record for number of clinical massages given and was often specifically requested by clients of the school’s clinic.
Massage is increasingly being offered along with standard treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and situations. Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension.
Studies have found massage may also be helpful for:
Insomnia related to stress
Myofascial pain syndrome
Soft tissue strains or injuries
Temporomandibular joint pain
Beyond the benefits for specific conditions or diseases, we also think you’ll enjoy massage by Rhythmic Bodyworks because it involves caring, comfort, a sense of empowerment and creating deep connections with our massage therapist.
How do I get started with massage?
There are many different types of massage to address different issues or injuries. Visit our Services page to learn which types may be right for you. Your first visit begins with an intake consultation with Tracy to determine the best course of treatment. We'll ask you about any injuries or other conditions that we should know about. You can also tell us if you have a preference for light or firm pressure. It’s best not to get a massage if you are ill. Call 501.313.9757 or send us a message to set up your appointment.
